We just aded a puppy to our family but he is so ill and costing a small fortune to nurture back to health. I have been asking and searching the web and found that PICC offers Pet Insurance but can not get more information. If anybhody knows where I can get our puppy insured, please help!

I tried to apply for her passport months ago and was told her dad (in South Africa) had to sign the papers, he delayed.
