Some cards I have with no foreign transaction fee are Penfed (visa and amex), & Amex Prepaid Cards. Another with a small foreign transaction fee of $1/transaction and 1% of the amount is NationWide VisaBuxx. I always look for cards with no foreign transaction fee.
