The best I've been to are Dadonghai and Yalongwan beaches in Sanya, Sumawan beach in Lianyungang (Liandao island) , Fujiazhuang beach in Dalian, and you can also swim in Yangshuo, near Guilin, in river Li, it's very clean and lovely there.
