Info seems a bit out of date regarding The Harp and Cactus. The Harp is no longer at Hongta dong, nor is the Cactus from what I could see. I had visited the Harp on previous visits but this time discovered it had moved to Tiandi some 4km west along the ricer. When I finally found it it appeared quiet, almost empty ... Full Comment>>
