Your report is not 100% accurate. These new requirements were proposed and not formally adopted as of today October 6th. Also the TEFL, TESOl, CELTA certificate only was proposed for pre-primary school teachers. And I also want to emphasize that these PROPOSALS are only for Beijing and may or may not be adopted to ...
