Robk on news What Does it Take to Be Middle Class in China? (22 comments)
Yeah, this article is full of crap. In my city, the average Chinese earner makes about 1500-3000 per month. Let's say the mother and the father are both working so that is like 3000-6000 RMB per month. Which is about 36 000 - 72 000 per year. That sounds more like the average middle class family around China. In ... Full Comment>>

Something is very wrong about how this article is translated or written. "Wang came under a spell and embraced the girl in what turned into a struggle." @tsmithfi - Haha. That's true, and while the grandparents do supervise them a little better, that's probably why the parents obviously don't have a clue what they are doing. But what can you expect from a culture where a marriage is most often composed of a business deal for the purpose of pumping out children to ... Full Comment>>

If you watch the video, the guy doesn't TOSS he kind of picks her up and puts her in another lane. It's not like he hulk tossed her through the wall. He ran into her while swimming laps. Umm... no. Turning off the internet is usually to segregate the people from communication or information. In no way, shape or form should the internet EVER be allowed to be "turned off under special circumstances." Okay, maybe if a SKYNET AI system goes haywire... @Final Say - You know you can get a Q visa, that would allow you to stay for six-months to a year and just renew it. That way you have more control over your visa situation. If you earn quite a bit, they won't kick you out. China is all about sucking up to those who have money... Chinese or foreign. Full Comment>>
