I agree with Dan. Talk with any restaurant worker of a chain restaurant and they will, under the influence of a drink or two, admit that the rice and many uneaten vegetables are recycled as well as the cooking oil. I have also seen them cleaning those plastic chopsticks by just dumping them into a bucket of soapy ... Full Comment>>

This is a great idea but can anyone tell us how effective they are in reducing the actual toxic contaminants of Beijing air that are less than .5 micron in size (dixoins for example). Coal dust is 1-3 microns. So if this cool gadget only stops .5 micron and above fore example, we will still be ingesting carcinogens ... Full Comment>>

Unless you are taking a job with a big well-know international company, SOE, or public university, be sure to google the name of the company with the words "complaints, law suit, problem, scam, fraud and employee dispute" to make sure you are not to ...
