I've been in china 7yrs and i've gotta say the food is delicious,these dishes above are not so bad as i've tried most of them....HOWEVER..I worked in zhanjiang in deep southern china and saw dog hung up like cattle...THERE I DREW THE LINE!Also snake..I do not like snake rubbery and tasteless...Gator meat is not so ...
