I also believe that by giving money directly to a beggar also helps organized crime. Of course, there are a few deserving cases but when you are being pestered, you have no time to sort the wheat from the chaff. Bumping into you when walking. shouting into their mobile phones. Playing music through loudspeakers at a very high volume. Honking of their car horn......
