I'm a driven certified ESL teacher who has worked at a wide range of centers across all age groups from six to higher ages and adults with various cultural and social backgrounds. In terms of teaching, I always try to adopt a number of different approaches in the classroom, engaging all types of learners (tactile, kinesthetic, etc...) by using purposeful methods, techniques, games and activities, establishing a stable rapport which leads to a vibrant relationship between teacher and students. I'm also aware of respecting students where all pupils are equally treated to maintain a constant progress throughout the learning process.
