This article appears old. I went to find Le Monde and there was boarding around the side of the library with what looked a new building construction next door. Also went to find Secret Secret in a courtyard nearby and what I found was presumably a coffee house under the name of Ice Coffee which had a bar and stools ... Full Comment>>
