Just a heads up to anyone shopping for tailors in Luohu. Stay away from Shanghai New Age Dress #5090 on the 5th floor by the escalators. Very bad experience. They were friendly at first, but as soon as I asked them to make a change (their fault) they became hostile. Anyway, buyer beware! Full Comment>>
