I use Duomi 多米. Very similar and has a lot of Western music (licensed??) on it. Free, no ads, decent selection and available on Western iTunes stores (last time I checked). Nice post - wanted to add a couple of suggestions. One I've just found is 懒人听书 (Lazy Person Audio Books). It's an iPhone app that comes loaded with tonnes of Chinese stories.
