A multidisciplinary scholar with strong expertise in energy and environmental policy, resilience, political economy, and emergency management, with extensive experience in analyzing energy economics, energy security, climate risks, and governance strategies. My research combines public policy, strategic management, and energy economics with advanced methods such as SNA, GIS, digital twin modeling, and system dynamics to evaluate resilience in urban systems, industrial clusters, and Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) energy corridors. I have published in leading SSCI/SCI journals (Springer, Elsevier, Nature, Frontiers, Emerald), contributing to global debates on sustainability transitions, risk management, governance, and climate-energy-security interactions. With over a decade of teaching and research experience in China, Iran, and international universities, I also serve as a journal reviewer, postdoctoral researcher, and academic collaborator. I am an alumnus of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS), a member of Iran’s National Elite Foundation, and a cooperating researcher with ANSO.
