The story about the shoes i think the man is in the wrong. Why would you need a reason to spend money on your girlfriend? If you took the relationship seriously, money wouldn't be an issue and I for one would gladly spend the money if my girlfriend likes the shoes that are now on sale. In fact, I did it yesterday ...
