Some updates: 1-the extension in PSB in Beijing may be avaiable for some foreign friends. they require a notification paper from the bank says how much money you have (the ammount is required by PSB) 2-the extension in Shanghai is available for some foreign friends, but heard you can only get one extension there, ...
