If you want foreigners to stay be nice to them. With the terrible air, food concerns, etc. rude people are yet another reason why people leave. I swear I never got sick when I first came to China in the 90s. I was small town and cities. I even ate street food and never had stomach problems. I don't know what happened. It seems restaurants have really gone downhill. Full Comment>>

Maybe this is backlash because Chinese people are being limited access to the university in Chiang Mai. They were behaving badly though. Interrupting classes, throwing trash everywhere, shouting.
