Age limit is a reality anywhere, even in first world countries. It is not so much about discrimination but the fact that older people do have health issues already as a rule. Maybe foreigners from more affluent countries should stop demanding and whining too much. If the pay is lower in China, just return to your first world countries where you will be paid higher ....and also pay rent.
