(1) Monday to Friday: 8:30a.m. to 11:00a.m.
(2) Tuesday and Wednesday: 13:00 to 17:00

2. the documents needed to provide to the Dalian International Marriage Registration Office
to apply for marriage registration for a foreigner:
(1). The passport or other effective international travel certificate
(2). One of the following certificates
the marriage status testimony issued by the local notary of the foreign country and then attestation by the Chinese embassy or consulate to the country, or the attestation of the marriagte status testimony issued by the foreign embassy or consulate to China.
