Chinese scams - fake job offer from London

Yesterday I've got this:

Hi teacher, 

Are you free to relocate and live in London,England then we can discuss about a teaching job.I saw your add online stating that you can teach Russian Language.

 Am seeking the services of a good Russian teacher who can tutor my wife. We live in London.

 The job is for 12months.

The salary is in British Pounds and am offering between £3000 to  £3300 per month.

Furnished accommodation is provided with free lunch.

Visa and flight assistance is also provided.

 If interested and willing to relocate,please send your Cv and recent picture to me so that we can discuss further(job specification) and sign a contract.

 Please do not reply if you are not free and willing to (relocate)take an oversea job in England.

Cool job offer, don't you think? But...
in next letter was written:

Physical evidence of fund available for the trip of £530 = US$800(compulsory for visa applicants)
This requirement is not a payment but a refundable deposit bond.
The money will be refunded back to you upon arrival at the airport before you are allowed entrance into the city.
This amount is a physical evidence to show that you have enough fund to sustain yourself before receiving your first salary.
 The deposit should be submitted through Money Gram Services

(Note that the money gram receipt must be in English language)
 After the deposit scan and email the deposit receipt with all other documents listed above.
 We hope to received these documents from you tomorrow morning so that we can file your application to enable your work permit to be approved before Christmas break.

Does anyone know where to report about this?
