Are you a strict vegetarian? Sometimes I worry when I eat dishes at restaurants maybe its made with meat broth or has some kind of fish sauce in it or something. Living here in Jinan sometimes gets me feeling the same. It's ridiculous cold, we're usually in the top 10 for PM 2.5 levels and there's not much green.
