Yes, I agree with you completely. But the thing I find frustrating is that the passport is ALL some employers care about. No matter how good your credentials and English are. Well, I've had a hard time finding a job as a university professor. Even though I have a Master's and 5 years of experience in my own country (Slovakia). I have IELTS band 9, so English was not a problem. All the employers seemed interested in was my passport))) But this is just my experience. Full Comment>>This comment has been deleted!
