It's a norm in my country, for debit machines to say automated NO to your request for money, especially in critical moments. And August 16th 2014 was such a moment. I woke up that morning as hungry as I was weak at same time. Sluggishly, I dragged my body to the kitchen, painful enough the whole pots were crystal shiny as I in turn open each(they were voraciously empty). And I could here my wallet chanting the same song with the pots(empty!).  

               I consoled my bereaved stomach, cleaned up as usual, looking no different from a model on the runway, I made my way to the sitting room where the microwave adjacent to our oval dinning table holds my car key. Yes the microwave, which in actual fact is the safest place, far from the reach of my 13 years old cousin, who views the poor Audi A3 Turbo a toy for play.   

              It was about 9 or 10 am that I left for the bank, I checked my car's engine oil and water, It needed no further I do. So I swung the door open, through my baggage of worries,hunger and uncertainties of the day on the sit,and I sat on them with a giant smile on my face, a kind of smile that has the potency of hiding the worst of periods and situations (a great assets I have).

              And off I drove, drunk in hunger straight to the bank, on entering the premises, I hurriedly rushed to the debit machine and started punching away. After the process and the long wait on the machine counting as if I asked for a million bucks, in a bid to insult my patience, the ATM spat my master card on my face, with a lot of receipts that amounted to no cash at hand............  现在怎么办？ (And the lines continues)
