Harbridge is a company that manages 3 schools in Wuxi, Cixi, and Ningbo.
The Boss her name is Million is Singaporean making it more appealing to work for her because she explained about not having to worry about the typical Chinese issues because as she is a foreigner hence understanding.
Beware:
1. they keep your expert certificate and others papers so you cannot go..
2. They will force you to work in another city to get your ¨end of contract money¨ (holidays, transport allowance,...) and this is ILLEGAL because if your visa is issued with a particular school you were working with, you cannot teacher elsewhere . If caught, they won´t HELP. You will get deported and fined.
3. BUT THE BEST IS THAT... THEY DON´T EVEN PAY YOU last month and transportation allowance. !!!
4. They will lie to you about paying taxes and ask to pay for your own insurance.
5. They will force you to work 2 half weekend days in a failing training center in Ningbo. Please note they won’t reimburse your transportation fee and will put you in a shithole hotel where they are only paying 100 rmb.
6. The boss will refuse to ever talk or meet you if you have an issue.
7. They won’t assist when you are sick and needs to see a doctor.
8. In case of person issue like a family member getting sick, you might lose your pay and job.
9. 95% of their employees quit before the school year ends.
10. The so called fully furnished apartment that is to be provided, has more problems than anything I´ve ever seen, and worst part when anything stops working, it is your fault and has to fix all out of your paycheck.
